菲华商联总会讯：社会保险署首都地区于二月廿三日（星期五）上午九时至下午三时在本会举行一场新规定的推介会，推介该署采用prn(payment reference number)即付款编号制度，强制实施向出席的全体雇主及代表讲解该条规内容及执行法，其中包括online registration: employer、household employer、members及electronic collection system:prn issuance、self-employed、voluntary individuals、employer with maximum of 10 employers等。
